Building a new home, remodeling an existing home or adding an addition is a juggling match  between value, price and quality.  We never sacrifice quality for price but we do balance cost against value to be received.  Quality never needs to be compromised whether we are building a $400,000 home or one for $700,000.  The only difference should be size, number of rooms, baths, details, etc. etc. but all should be built with the same quality and attention to detail.       PGCH Residential Construction Services does all of our remodeling and addition projects small or large. Our approach is the same as in Philip Gerrard; quality first, then value compared to cost.
